WEBSITE MAINTENANCE PACKAGES TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Introduction: The following website maintenance terms and conditions govern all related services. Please read this website maintenance agreement carefully before purchasing a maintenance package. By purchasing a maintenance package you agree to become bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement.

Limitations: In no event shall Brand Physics or its suppliers or contractors be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising from any downtime, malware or hacking event even if Brand Physics or a Brand Physics authorised representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Agreement modifications: Brand Physics may revise these terms of use for its website maintenance packages at any time without notice. By purchasing a website maintenance package you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.

Payment term and amount: Payments are required to be made monthly in advance by direct debit. If a payment is late or missed the services will pause until all outstanding amounts are paid. If there are changes to the package pricing you will be notified 14 days prior to the date the price takes affect. 

Termination and renewal policies: You may terminate the maintenance service at any time. 14 days’ notice prior to the next billing date is required before Brand Physics is required to cancel any payment arrangements. Brand Physics has a no refund policy.
